This prehistorically cool quilt pattern offers instructions for two quilt sizes: a 43 ½” x 57 ½” quilt featuring a single mammoth, and a 77” x 86” quilt with four mammoths. You can choose to adorn your mammoth with a hat and scarf for winter gear, or keep it cool without.
 
The large block sizes (31 ½” x 34 ½” & 31 ½” x 34 ½”) mean even a single block can create a striking quilt. The design is elegantly framed with half-square-triangle details, as seen on the cover.
 
Utilizing traditional piecing techniques, the Chilly Mammoth pattern heavily relies on the Stitch & Flip method. While there are several points to match, the generous piece sizes provide ample "wiggle room" for achieving perfect points. This project is ideal for both adventurous beginners and experienced quilters alike!
